November Beaufort, SC fishing report 2022

The cool temps are making the fish very active. Fishing all day has been very good. On the warm days in the afternoon, the fish spread out and get very shallow and on the cooler mornings, they are concentrated in smaller areas. Low tide has been very productive with a lot of the bait starting to disappear.

Temperature 45-75 Degrees

Species- Redfish, Trout and Flounder

Fly Fishing In Beaufort

Fly Fishing- Low tide this time of year is very productive any time of day due to the moderate temperatures. The redfish are very willing to belly crawl which calls for great sight fishing. The Flood tides are over but high fishing is still good with high sun conditions.

Dad and Son Catching some quality redfish

Spin Fishing- Similar to Fly Fishing, it has been great. The water is starting to clear up and bait is disappearing so artificial lures are really good this time of year. If they are being finicky, mudminnows will do the trick. When the tides are higher, the trout bite has been great with scented lures.
